As an engineer and manager in radiocommunications, I have built my career over more than forty years in professional radio systems, ranging from analogue and shared-resource architectures to mission-critical digital networks (PMR, TETRA), and subsequently to broadband private and tactical 4G and 5G solutions.

My professional background has been structured around system design, business development and the go-to-market of complex solutions, with a constant focus on mission-critical uses, network resilience and operational continuity.

Alongside my industrial activities, I held professional responsibilities for twenty-six years within the SNIR, later renamed RCPA, serving successively as a member of the board of directors, President and then Vice-President. I was also a member of the Electronic Communications Advisory Committee at ARCEP, following appointments by two successive Ministers.

Today, I operate at the interface between technology, operational use cases, industrial partners and regulatory frameworks, in France and internationally.
